MJFC Inc carries Personal Accident insurance for all registered players and club officials. This cover is provided under the AFL National Protection Program, administered by JLT Sport.

 

 

MJFC Inc carries Personal Accident insurance for all registered players and club officials. This cover is provided under the AFL National Protection Program, administered by JLT Sports.

 

The Personal Accident iurance covers non Medicare medical expenses. The package covers –

• 75% reimbursement of non Medicare costs

• $2500 maximum per claim

• $50 excess per claim

 

Please note the following important points, some of which are covered in detail on the JLT Sport website:

Any claim must be signed off by an appointed MJFC official.

By law, only Non Medicare Medical expenses can be claimed

Claims on private health funds are to be made before a claiming via JLT Sport

A fitness clearance should be obtained from your medical practitioner before resuming playing
